Main construction features
1.The main part of ST03
Sealant-spreading machine is base stock pump,curing agent pump,proportioning
pump,up and down system of the base stock,sealant compound system,pneumatic
system,hydraulic system and electric system.
2.Base block pump.curing pump
and proportioning pump are all adopt special high pressure plunger pump,provide
material both way and equivalent,the base pump is drived by hydraulic
system,curing agent is drived by air moter.This two system help pressurize feed
platen to realize the transportation of the high viscosity fluid,the base block
come in and promoted to high pressure,and the same with the curing agent,, then
send it to the proportion pump,the quantity of flow adjust by the relative
organization,two kind of component send into the compound machine,after well
compounding then send to the extrude gun.
3. There is a high pressure valve
at the bottom of the curing agent filter and the mixer where the material come
in,there is no needle valve in the mixer,make the compound more equal and avoid
from fleeing of the two kinds of components.
4. The up and down system is
controlled by manual operation,the adjust of the two components is realized by
adjust the position of the slider in the oscillation rod,when it reach the right
graduation,tighting the scrw.Main technique parameter
